As a widely trusted supplier of led work light solution, WEIJIA lighting is the leading supplier of led work lights in China to global market for professional users such like Automotive tools, workshop service and building place use. Since 2002 established, we’ve being building our strong reputation based on only 3 points: trust, innovation, high quality.

We pay attention to the development of customers and committed to keep our customers competitive. Customer performance growth and customer profitability are always the starting point of all our efforts. Only when customers make money can we make money. We will always give way to customers. We must let customers make money first. Only in this way can we not make money. Of course, we do not deny the role of suppliers between us. QUALITY

We firmly believe in the rumor that "quality the foundation, and friends all over the world". We invested $1M and brought in a battery safety testing device and an online production parameter detector that only owned by a full set of 3rd party lab, most factories don’t have it. We can control our battery quality in all directions without any dead ends. Based on IS09001 :2015, we have established our own quality control system and testing standard.

"Design is the soul of the product." We believe that products can speak. We have cooperated with qualified European designers for 5 years. The new products developed in these years have been unanimously recognized by customers and we are required to meet their underwriting requirements.

IMPROVEMENT

We put "process improvement" in same level as product design, and "continuously- improving" is the gene for our growth. We have set up 8 improvement teams, set up an improvement reward system, and every month has an improvement commendation meeting to reward outstanding employees who has have proposed major quality, craftsmanship and efficiency improvement programs. It brings to customers with more stable quality products, lower prices and more flexible delivery cycles.
